Those who criticized him:

1-    Imaam Wakee’ bin al-Jarraah (D. 196) said:

حديث زيد العمي، عن أبي الصديق الناجي، ليس بشيء
“The hadeeth of Zayd al-Ammi from Abu as-Siddeeq an-Naaji is nothing”
[ Ad-Du’afa al-Kabeer lil Uqaylee (2/74), Chain Saheeh]

2-    Imaam Muhammad bin Sa’d (D. 230) said:

وكان ضعيفًا في الحديث
“He was Da’eef in Hadeeth”

3-    Imaam Ahmed bin Hanbal (D. 241) said:

فأما حديث زيد العمي، عن أبي الصديق، ليس بشيء
“As for the hadeeth of Zayd al-Ammi from Abu as-Siddeeq, then its nothing”
[ Al-Ilal by Abdullah bin Ahmed (5983, 5984)]

In another place, he said:

صالح
“Saalih”
[Al-Ilal (4143)]

Note: This is neither a Tawtheeq nor a Jarh.

4-    Imaam Yahya bin Ma’een (D. 233) said:

لا شيء
“He is nothing”
[ Al-Jarh wat Ta’deel (3/560) & Su’alaat Ibn Tahmaan (47)]

In another place, he said:

زيد العمي وأبو الصديق الناجي يكتب حديثهما وهما ضعيفان
“Write the narrations of Zayd al-Ammi and Abu as-Siddeeq an-Naaji and they both are weak”

[ Al-Jarh wat Ta’deel (3/560)]
